By using the ‘the Go Lawn and Garden website, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below.
Guarantee:
All products come with warranty of 12 months subject to domestic use. This does not cover general wear and tear or consumables. Go Lawn and Garden will not be liable for any additional costs incurred whilst goods are away for warranty repairs - this includes rental or hire charges for equipment from a third party. Machines modified or adapted by the customer will not be warranted by the manufacturer or Go Lawn and Garden. We shall not be liable for any failure or injury as a result of misuse.

Making a Purchase
To purchase from us you must be over 18.
Making a purchase is very simple, just browse the store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart after you have finished your selection, click on 'Order and you will be asked for the details that we need to be able to complete the order.
By submitting your order you are committing to buy the goods
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have received payment and confirmed acceptance of your order. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.
All prices are in GB £ sterling and inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.

Credit/Debit cards:
We accept credit card payments with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Visa Electron and Solo cards through a secure server using PayPal SSL 128-bit encryption. We are not able to accept credit card cheques or American Express. If you would prefer to pay by phone, please call 01280 840673
Cheques:
We accept payment by cheque. Please make cheques payable to "Swarmstar Ltd". Please allow 10 working days for cheques to clear; your goods will be dispatched once your cheque has cleared (subject to stock availability).
Back Orders:
If your item is not in stock, we are happy to back order for you. We will contact you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Information about Deliveries
Unless stated otherwise*, all of our products ordered online are inclusive of delivery to UK Mainland addresses. The price you see for a product is the price you pay, including VAT. The following postcodes are excluded from this offer and will incur additional delivery charges.
Scottish Highlands and Islands - Certain postcodes IV1-IV40, 1V52, -IV54, IV63, KW1-KW14, PA20-PA40, PH19-PH40, PH60 - May incur additional charges.
Northern Ireland - Will incur and additional delivery charge
Channel Islands and Isle of Man - NOT Delivered to.
For these and other addresses we provide a price if you call us before placing your order. Parts that can be sent via Royal Mail will not be subject to any additional postage for UK Mainland):
Go Lawn and Garden are a UK based company, and can only deliver goods to residents of the United Kingdom unless we specifically agree to deliver elsewhere BEFORE orders are placed. Customers from outside the UK should not order goods unless they have had agreement from us that we can deliver to your location, please phone before placing an order.
*Larger Items requiring pre-delivery assembly e.g. Lawn tractors will be subject to a 100 mile radius from NN13 for free delivery – see individual items for details. Please contact us for delivery charges for other distances prior to ordering.
Returns Policy:
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order, please contact us using the Contact Us form on the website in the first instance, we will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and will endeavour to resolve your complaint as soon as possible. we will keep you informed throughout the process. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
In accordance with existing UK Distance Selling Regulations, any product excluding pre-assembled items such as lawn tractors may be returned unused and boxed in its original packing within 7 days of delivery for whatever reason. Please note that all return postage charges are non refundable unless the goods are faulty. All returned products will be examined before any refund is issued. We reserve the right to refuse a refund and recover our costs in the event that a product is returned and found to have been misused in any way.
Once we have received the goods, we will return your money within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Modification of Terms:
‘Go Lawn and Garden’ reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the ‘Go Lawn and Garden’ website.
