This lawn tractor / ride on mower deck drive belt fits rear discharge collecting lawn tractors with both Manual and Hydrostatic transmission and DOES NOT fit side discharge lawn tractors / ride on mowers.

This Hex belt is similar quality to an origional belt , don't forget Castel Garden, Mountfield and Honda do not make belts for their own mowers .

Rear eject riding lawn mowers are primarily used for collection on lawn and not for cutting long grass as the chute can easily block and the belt can slip on the engine pulley. Once the belt slips it can be waisted ( thinned down ) in one or more places . When this waisting occurs on the belt the belt is more liable to break when a heavy impact occurs. When a belt has been burned by the engine pulley the belt can create a vibration on the cutter deck where the belt tensioner is contantly going back and forth.
